Resort Profile

When the glaciers moved through this part of what is now New York, they carved out the 244 beautiful acres that today comprise East Coast Resorts of America.

These meadows and woodlands overlook a sparkling, spring-fed lake. The adjacent little Salmon River takes the spawning salmon from the ocean to their breeding grounds near Lake Ontario, just 15 miles away. Charter fishing trips into the river or out on Lake Ontario result in trophy-size catches of muskie, trout, bass, and salmon.

The resort’s campsites and rentals are nestled among evergreen, maple, and birch trees, and there’s enough recreational amenities to make your visit memorable.

Near the Thousand Islands and St. Lawrence Seaway Seaway, tour the river (mid-May to mid-September), or visit Boldt Castle, the last remaining and grandest of all the Gilded Age mansions of the Islands.

Also near the Finger Lakes region, you will find some of America’s best vineyards. Take a tour or visit Watkins Glen, home of automotive racing history.

Enjoy the Northeast’s best snowmobile trails, endowed with record -setting Oswego County snowfalls. The resort has park models for rent for winter enthusiasts.
