This campground offers 4 full hookup sites, 12 with water and electricity only, and 5 sites without any hookups. With 15 amp electrical receptacles, air conditioners and heaters are not allowed. Rental cabins and motel rooms are available. Tent camping is offered. Pets are allowed for a fee. Additional facilities include: chemical toilets, flush toilets (fee), hot showers, sewage disposal (fee), laundry (fee), public phone, tables, barbecue grills (fee), fire rings, some patios, and owner on patrol. Limited grocery store. Ice, bait, and wood are available. Recreational amenities include: sauna, playground, picnic area, horseshoes, lake swimming, lake fishing (license required), beach area, boating, dock, rowboat/canoe rental, river canoeing, and hiking trails. From Duluth, take the Northshore Drive (U.S. 61) to the Canadian Border at Pigeon River. Proceed on Rt. 61 to Thunder Bay, and then on Queen’s Hwy. No. 11/17 east for 70 miles to Nipigon. Cross the Nipigon River bridge, turn left on Queen’s Hwy. 11 and travel about 70 miles (thru Beardmore) to the resort on the right.
